About Our Handmade Reproduction Tables

Thank you for visiting our reproduction tables website. We have many and successful years handmaking some of America's historical antique tables now found in private homes.

Our tables are 90% bench made using hand tools and very few power tools. We use dovetail, sliding dovetails and pegged mortise and tenon joinery. The only screws used in our tables are in corner leg braces and to fasten the table top to the table frame. All of our table legs are hand turned on a wood lathe in our workshop.

Our paint finishes are the old tried and true milk paints, brushed on lacquer finishes, and hand rubbed oil finishes. Our tables going to be used in dining rooms have 5 coats, top and bottom, using a sprayed on waterborne urethane to withstand heavy use.

We have many tables not shown on our website due to client's request, but can be seen in our portfolio in our shop. Please feel free to contact us if you have a table you're interest in but it's not shown on our website.
